SAPA Most Successful Exhibitor

Become a Registered Exhibitor

MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR

Established in 1982 and amended in 2010 the Most Successful Exhibitor of the year scheme was an initiative of the Association to encourage poultry exhibitors to register with the Association so that together we can promote the keeping of exhibition poultry as a most worthwhile recreational activity. That initial premise has not changed.

The Awards

A trophy provided by the SAPA will be presented to each winner

  • Trophies will be presented at the Meet the Judges Dinner in September each year
  • The winners will be notified by the secretary of SAPA
  • The names of the winners will be displayed on a role of honour board held at SAPA Headquarters.

Trophy for:

  • THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR OF THE YEAR - LARGE FOWL
  • THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR OF THE YEAR - BANTAM
  • THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR OF THE YEAR - WATERFOWL
  • THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR OF THE YEAR - FIELD & FOREST
  • THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITOR OF THE YEAR - JUNIOR

RULES & REGULATIONS

Participating Clubs

Open to all member clubs of the South Australian Poultry Association Inc. General results will be taken from the club’s Annual or Championship show. Each club is permitted to send ONE set of results per year.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS are current registered exhibitors of the Association in the year of competition for the awards.

Results

A TALLY SHEET will be forwarded to the secretaries of affiliated clubs by the Secretary of the Association which will be set up to their individual programme. THE ONUS IS ON THE CLUB SECRETARY TO RETURN THE COMPLETED SHEET TO THE ASSOCIATION SECRETARY ASAP AFTER THE ANNUAL SHOW.

The Associations secretary will not be obligated to ‘chase up’ tally sheets and the results will be determined from the sheets received at the time.
